Equipment we work on

Pumps & motors

Loud or grinding motors, pumps that won't prime, air in the system, leaking seals and lids, and pumps that won't start.

Filters

Leaking tanks, cracked parts, worn O-rings, stuck valves, and cartridges that no longer restore good flow.

Heaters & heat pumps

Units that won't turn on, won't heat, or show error codes. We check flow, settings and the common problem points.

Salt systems

Low chlorine output, salt and cell warnings, scaled or worn cells, and control boards.

How it works

  1. Tell us what's happening. Noises, error codes, leaks, a photo or video of the equipment pad, anything helps.
  2. We diagnose it. We check the equipment, flow, wiring connections at the equipment and settings to find the real cause, not just the symptom.
  3. You get a clear recommendation and quote. Repair or replace, with the reasons and the price, before any work starts.
  4. We fix it and test it. Then we confirm everything is running and the water is circulating properly.

Repair or replace?

We don't push new equipment you don't need. Sometimes a new seal kit or lid O-ring gets years more out of a pump. Sometimes an old, inefficient pump costs more to keep running than it would to replace. We'll explain both options plainly so you can decide.

When you need a specialist

Some jobs need a licensed electrician, a gas technician, or a contractor for structural or underground plumbing work. If your repair falls into that category, we'll tell you up front and help point you in the right direction instead of guessing.

Weekly customers: because we're at your equipment pad every week, we often catch problems early, like a new noise, a small drip or rising filter pressure, before they turn into a breakdown.
FAQs

Equipment repair questions

Do you repair equipment for pools you don't regularly service?

No. At this time we only provide diagnostic & repair services for existing customers.

My pump is running but the water isn't moving. What should I check?

Check that the skimmer and pump baskets are empty, the water level is high enough for the skimmer, and the valves are open. If that doesn't fix it, turn the pump off so it doesn't run dry, and call us.

Will you tell me the price before you fix it?

Always. You'll get a quote and an explanation before any repair work starts.
