Or on its own: the Sea Turtle plan. If you like to skim, brush and vacuum the pool yourself but want a pro handling the chemistry, our Sea Turtle plan starts at $130 a month. It includes:

• Full digital water analysis every visit
• Water chemistry and salt balance: we adjust levels on the spot

Sea Turtle doesn't include cleaning: no skimming, brushing, vacuuming, or basket or filter cleaning. If you want those too, see weekly pool cleaning.

What we test and adjust

• Chlorine: the sanitizer that keeps algae and bacteria in check
• pH: affects how well chlorine works and how the water feels on skin and eyes
• Total alkalinity: helps hold pH steady
• Calcium hardness: too low or too high can damage plaster and cause scale
• Cyanuric acid (stabilizer): protects chlorine from the Florida sun, but too much makes it less effective
• Salt: on salt pools, so the generator can produce chlorine

Why balance matters at the Beaches

Florida water chemistry changes quickly. Strong sun burns off chlorine, afternoon storms dilute the water and wash in debris, and heavy summer use uses up sanitizer fast. When water drifts out of balance, you can get:

• Cloudy or green water
• Scale and stains on tile and plaster
• Etched or rough surfaces
• Corroded heaters, salt cells and metal parts
• Itchy skin and red eyes

Testing every week lets us catch small changes before they become big, expensive problems.
