Weekly pool cleaning
Same tech, same day each week, and the same thorough checklist every time. Your pool stays clear and balanced without you having to think about it.
What's included at every visit
- Test and balance the water: chlorine, pH and the other levels that keep the water clear and protect your surfaces and equipment. Salt levels are checked too.
- Skim the surface for leaves, bugs and debris.
- Brush the walls, steps and benches to keep algae from taking hold.
- Clean the tile and waterline.
- Vacuum the floor as needed. Power vacuuming is included on the Dolphin plan.
- Empty and clean the skimmer and pump baskets.
- Clean and rinse the filter as needed.
- Look over your equipment and let you know early if something sounds or looks wrong.
- Send a pool report and photo after each visit.

How a visit works
- We show up on your service day. You don't need to be home. Just make sure we can get through the gate and your pets are inside.
- We work through the checklist. Water testing comes first, so we know what the pool needs that day.
- You get a report. You'll see what we did and what the water looked like when we left.
- If something needs attention, like a noisy pump, a leak at the equipment pad or a dirty filter, we'll tell you what we found before doing any extra work.
Not included in weekly service
These are quoted separately, so you're never surprised by a bill:
- Equipment repairs and replacement parts (equipment repair)
- Bringing back a pool that has already turned green (green-to-clean)
- Leak detection and stain removal
- Above-ground pools, standalone hot tubs and swim spas, which we don't service
Who weekly service is for
Weekly service is a good fit for most pools here at the Beaches. Florida heat, summer storms, blowing sand and spring pollen all add up fast. Weekly service makes the most sense if:
- Your pool gets used a lot, or isn't screened in
- You have trees or landscaping close to the water
- You'd rather not deal with chemicals at all
- You travel, rent the home, or just want it handled

Weekly service questions
Do I need to be home for service?
No. We just need to get to the pool and equipment. Please leave the gate unlocked and keep pets inside on your service day.
Will it be the same tech every week?
We keep routes consistent, so most customers see the same tech on the same day. If anything changes, we'll let you know.
What if it rains on my service day?
Florida afternoon storms usually pass quickly, so we work around them. If heavy weather pushes a visit back, we'll reach out to reschedule.
How do I know what was done?
Manta Ray and Dolphin plans include a pool report and photo after every visit.
Is there a contract?
Ask us when you request your quote. We'll go over our service agreement with you before anything starts.
